IRSA Auction/Raffle Committee Chair
The Auction and Raffle Committee coordinates the acceptance of donations for the raffle, silent and live auction that occurs at the IRSA Workshop banquet. The funds that are raised from these events go toward the IRSA Student Scholarship that paves the way for students to take part in professional development opportunities.

Primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist the Auction/Raffle Committee with coordinating, planning, and executing activities specific to the silent auction/raffle
- Communicate and coordinate with member institutions to obtaining auction and raffle items
- Assist the Auction/Raffle Committee in delegating tasks
- Assist the State Workshop Committee and host institution as it relates to the silent auction/raffle
- Execute the IRSA Sate Workshop silent auction/raffle including item collection, item organization, item pricing, distribution of raffle tickets, and collection of payment
- Coordinate with IRSA Treasure on silent auction/raffle proceeds and deposits
- Attend and participate in quarterly IRSA Committee Chair conference calls
IRSA Auction/Raffle Committee Chair should:
- Be a professional member of NIRSA and IRSA in good standing
- Be available to attend the IRSA State Workshop
- Have previous experience in coordinating, conducting, and executing an auction/raffle
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills
